Friday Morning Yoga and Meditation with Kathy Voldstad In-Person

Join Kathy Voldstad on Friday mornings in July and August for 50 minutes of restorative yoga and meditation. As we end the week and welcome the weekend, take this time to find peace and balance in body and mind through the joy of gentle movement, breathing, and guided meditation. 

We'll gather in the Wardell Room. Please bring a mat, blanket, or beach towel, and wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.

Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.
