Lunch & Learn: Copyright and Trademark Talk with Matthew Myers In-Person

Take a lunch break and hear Matthew Myers present an overview of the complete basic trademark and copyright processes, from product to registration. Learn how to protect your brands and intellectual property including songs, illustrations, artwork, photographs, poems, books, manuscripts, video, movies, podcasts, apps – in short, any product (including digital products) that is human generated and is in or ready for the marketplace. Enjoy Q&A, discussion, and a light lunch provided by the library.

Matthew L. Myers holds an MBA from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, Shidler College of Business, and a BS with Honors in Economics from Cornell University. He is a contributing writer to Andrew Romans’s Masters of Corporate Venture Capital, a frequent speaker at technology trade shows, and is actively involved with the technology and business community. He has lived and worked across the US and in the Pacific region.
